General Terms

By using PolyChat, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use PolyChat's playable experiences and advertising-supported features. The product is designed for teens and adults, not for children.

User-Created Content

PolyChat lets you create lessons, challenges, and similar learning content. This content is public to any user of PolyChat, along with your username. Do not include information you do not want others to see.

Content you create on PolyChat belongs to PolyChat. That lets us keep it available for other learners and use it to run and improve the app. You can delete your content or your account; deleted content may stop being visible, but copies other users already opened may persist for a time.

PolyChat Plus Subscription

PolyChat offers a paid version called "Plus" that provides premium features and enhanced capabilities.

The Plus subscription requires payment and does not currently offer a free trial. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Advertising

Free playable experiences may show Google ads, including interstitials between sessions and rewarded ads you choose to watch. Ads are not placed inside blog articles. Use of advertising cookies and related data is described in the Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

Users must not use PolyChat for any illegal purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Limitation of Liability

PolyChat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
